Have passion for the job but lack the capability.
In this case, you either develop the capability, in case the effort and cost needed is bearable and worth it e.g. what you have passion for is far away from your earlier studies, degree, experience etc… hence will need long time and high cost and effort to achieve. Have passion for the job and have the capability.
This is the perfect case, which you should pursue, assuming such job will be good and enough to earn good living.
Have no passion for the job but you have the capability.
In this case, you either switch to another job if you can or take the agony of doing something you do not like but need it because you earning well. Generally, people will excel in what they like.
