Yes, but unfortunately becoming scarce.
Life and the world is becoming more and more materialistic, driven by self interests, and business greed, hence most people care only about material gains with less and less of morals. This is affecting human relations, friendship and even the build of families. From experience, I have concluded that if 100 people approach and deal with you when they need you, Only 10% of these will deal with you when they do not need you, while only 1% of these will deal with you when you need them. Very scary, sad and disappointing!
Do we give up?
No, we should continue to improve the moral side of our life by; the right education, proper teaching of religions and the good examples and role models.
The “Good Life Triangle(GLT) “of the world will not survive, without the “moral leg” being equal to the other two legs (money, regulations, morals).
The world, no matter how many regulations are introduced, laws enforced and policies instated, will continue to be crippled without morals. People will always find loopholes and ways to fool around. The safeguard is morals, along with regulations and governance.
So, there is still HOPE.
